Our 13 stall barn is located on 32 acres of land near White Rocks recreation area in Wallingford, Vermont.
Stalls are approximately 10x10 with a full door and each has a window to the outside. Horses are turned out daily into our pastures. Individual, small group, and larger group turnouts are available. All pastures are grass and some have run-in sheds.
The indoor arena is 60 x 120 with soft footing and is dragged multiple times per week based on riding use. We have some jump standards and ground poles for use. Trails are accessible from the property and link up to many miles of 4-wheeler and snowmobile trails, including out to Wallingford Pond. There is riding space behind the arena and future plans are to have a round pen and fenced outdoor arena there.
A pond is maintained for swimming and cooling off in the summer, with a picnic table. There is an ample hay loft, wash stall, tack lockers for boarders, a grain room, and tool room. First aid kits for both horse and human are kept fully stocked in the barn. Manure is trucked out monthly from the manure pile, and there are 10 chickens that roam the property to eat ticks and bugs.
